Terms of Service.

These terms govern your use of architectt.com and every Architectt surface — the Blueprint workspace, studio and firm consoles, client portals and shares, the Journal and News & Press. Detailed policies on acceptable use, AI and ownership, payments and refunds, reviewer work and business data processing form part of this contract.

In plain language

  • You own what you create from your own brief; we own the platform and our editorial content.
  • AI output is study material to brief professionals with — never permit, tender or construction documentation.
  • Paid plans and token packs are billed by Stripe; cancel any time with access to the end of the paid period.
  • Danish law applies, without removing the consumer protections of your own country.

This summary is for orientation only. The numbered sections below are the binding text.

01Who we are and how to reach us

The Service is provided by Architectt, Bredgade 45 B, 1260 København K, Kingdom of Denmark, VAT 45438031. Contact: hello@architectt.com. Hosting and publisher details are in the legal notice.

02Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms. If you use Architectt on behalf of a company or practice, you confirm you may bind it, and “you” means that organisation.

You must be at least 18. The Service is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect their data.

03What the Service is

Architectt provides:

  • Blueprints — an AI-assisted workspace that turns a written brief into concept renders, indicative floorplans, room programmes, material palettes and budget ranges;
  • Architect reviews — paid written opinions from verified professionals on the material you submit;
  • Project surfaces — project management, messaging, files, client portals and shareable views for firms and studios;
  • Editorial — the Journal and News & Press, published free to read.

Bespoke engagements are quoted and contracted separately and are not sold self-service. Features evolve; we may add, change or withdraw functionality, and will give notice before removing something you rely on in a paid plan.

04Accounts, roles and security

Keep your credentials safe and your email address current. You are responsible for activity under your account, including that of team members, collaborators and clients you invite. Accounts are personal — do not share one across people to avoid seat or token limits.

Roles determine access: members, firm owners and members, clients, reviewers and administrators each see only what their role permits. Invitation links and share links are credentials — treat them accordingly.

Tell us immediately at hello@architectt.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

05Acceptable use

The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms and sets out what may not be uploaded, generated or automated, and how we enforce it. Breaching it may lead to removal of content, pausing of generation or payouts, or termination.

06AI-assisted outputs and ownership

You own the outputs you generate from your own brief, and we claim no ownership over them. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process, transmit and display your content so the Service can work, and to generate what you request. We do not train AI models on your project content and we do not showcase your projects without written permission.

Our software, interface, editorial articles and editorial images remain ours. Full detail, including editorial AI disclosure, is in AI & Ownership.

07No professional advice

Generated drawings, costs and written analysis are study material. They are not architectural, engineering, planning, legal, valuation or financial advice, and an architect review is a professional opinion on submitted material, not a site inspection or certification. Every decision with structural, fire, safety, accessibility, heritage, planning or contractual consequence must be verified by a licensed professional in your jurisdiction. You remain responsible for what you build.

08Plans, tokens and payment

Prices are shown on the pricing page and in the interface before you confirm a paid action. Payments, VAT handling, renewals, cancellation, the EU withdrawal right and refunds are set out in Payments, Cancellation & Refunds. Tokens are access credits, not money: they have no cash value and are not transferable between accounts.

09Reviews and third-party professionals

Verified reviewers are independent professionals, not our employees. We verify credentials, set the fee, hold payouts for a dispute window and can remove queue access, but the professional content of a review is the reviewer's own. See Reviewer Terms.

10Availability and changes

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages and rate limits can interrupt generation. Where a paid action fails for a technical reason on our side, tokens are restored as described in the refunds policy.

11Privacy and data protection

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Where you use Architectt as a business and enter your own clients' personal data, the Data Processing Agreement applies and lists our subprocessors.

12Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, non-payment, or where continued use creates legal or security risk — with notice where possible, immediately where the risk is serious. After termination your data remains retrievable on request for 30 days — write to us and we will return it — unless you ask for earlier deletion.

13Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that generated output is accurate, complete, buildable or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event, or EUR 100. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, construction cost overruns, or decisions taken on unverified generated output.

Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights.

14Indemnity

If you use Architectt as a business, you will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms, from content you upload that infringes another person's rights, or from your use of generated output in built work. This does not apply to consumers.

15Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Danish law, and the courts of Copenhagen have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings there. Before going to court, please write to us — most disputes are resolved that way.

16Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect, and the version and date at the top of this page always identify the text in force. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the new version.

Questions about these terms: hello@architectt.com. All documents are listed in the legal centre.
